Preparatory Meeting And Onbiarding Sessions Held by AAB College For EDU-LAB Research Activities
May 20–30, 2025 | Pristina, Kosovo
As part of the EDU-LAB Research Onboarding process, AAB College organized a preparatory meeting with the research working group of AAB to provide a detailed orientation on the onboarding process and clarify roles and responsibilities for the upcoming research implementation phase. This meeting marked the beginning of a structured and inclusive approach to engaging various target groups in the qualitative research process.
Following the initial meeting, three onboarding sessions were successfully conducted as part of the EDU-LAB research phase. On May 20, 2025, the first session was held with school pupils. This was followed by a session on May 27, which engaged employed individuals, NEETs (young people not in employment, education, or training), and persons with special needs. The third and final session, held on May 30, brought together representatives from various communities, ensuring that diverse perspectives were included in the research activities.
These EDU-LAB Research Onboarding sessions served as essential preparation for the research phase, helping to ensure effective, inclusive, and well-structured participation. They reflect AAB Collegeโs ongoing commitment to fostering inclusive educational research practices and supporting the goals of the EDU-LAB project in strengthening the connection between education systems and labor market inclusion.
