Official Launch of EDU-LAB at AAB College

On March 25, 2025, AAB College proudly hosted the official launch event of the international EDU-LAB project, funded by the Horizon program of the European Commission. The event marked a significant milestone with the inauguration of the "EDU-LAB Research Center," established within the framework of the project and located at AAB College.

The launch ceremony brought together representatives from national and international institutions, as well as academic and industry stakeholders, all of whom emphasized the project’s strategic importance in bridging the gap between higher education and the labor market. The establishment of the EDU-LAB Research Center stands as a key contribution of AAB College to the project, providing a dedicated space for innovation, interdisciplinary research, and collaboration among students, researchers, and employers.

AAB College’s Role in the EDU-LAB Consortium

As a core partner in the EDU-LAB consortium of 11 institutions, AAB College is leading several initiatives aimed at enhancing youth employability, advancing practice-oriented learning, and strengthening institutional cooperation across Europe and the Western Balkans. The newly inaugurated center will support activities such as labor market needs assessments, student training programs, and policy-focused research.

This event demonstrated AAB College’s strong commitment to educational development, international collaboration, and creating meaningful pathways from higher education to employment. The College will continue to play an active role throughout the project’s implementation, ensuring that the EDU-LAB vision has a sustainable and transformative impact in Kosovo and beyond.
