In February 2026, all partners of the EDU-LAB project gathered in Athens for the project's second annual general assembly. The meeting brought together consortium members and representatives of the International Scientific Advisory Board (ISAB) for several days of exchange, collaboration, and joint planning as the project continues in it’s second year and moves into it’s more active research phase.

The General Assembly provided an opportunity to reflect on the progress made so far and to look ahead to the next implementation phases. The partners presented the current state of development in ongoing activities and reaffirmed their joint commitment to furthering research on young people's transitions from education and training to the labour market.

During the meeting, participants exchanged perspectives on current project developments and future priorities, emphasizing the collaborative nature of EDU-LAB and the close cooperation between the institutions involved in the consortium.

The participation of the ISAB members also supported reflection on the strategic direction of the project and its contribution to European research and policy debates.

In addition to research activities, public relations and communication measures aimed at making EDU-LAB's work accessible to a wider audience were also discussed. The project partners continue to develop tools and formats that support the clear communication of project activities and results and help ensure that preliminary and future findings gained through EDU-LAB reach all relevant stakeholders.

As the project progresses, EDU-LAB remains focused on strengthening collaboration, advancing its research activities, and contributing to ongoing discussions on education, employment, and youth transitions. The consortium looks forward to the next phase of the project with confidence and is excited to share further developments in the coming months.
