The core of this document is a set of data and information gaps on the intended or un-intended effects
of policies, programmes and investments on supporting young people making decisions about their
pathways through education, training and into the workplace have been achieved and why certain
effects have not been achieved.
Deliverable D2.1 is therefore a report outlining the results of the critical systematic literature review
on the effectiveness and efficiency of policies from across the European Union and beyond designed
to support young people through their transitions from education into the labour force.
