Design, Implementation and Outcomes of the First Two Rounds of OSES-Delphi and Design of Research Tools for the Concluding Rounds

This deliverable (D3.5) documents the design, conduct and first results of the Online Survey of Experts and Stakeholders (OSES), the policy-Delphi strand of Work Package 3B of the EDU-LAB project.
This report is a follow-up of the first deliverable in WP3B (D3.4), produced by 30 June 2025, which was initially marked as “CO” – confidential. Now, as the main phase of the OSES-Delphi fieldwork have been accomplished, and D3.5 has gone public, the dissemination level of D3.4 was also set to “PU” – public.
